High Capacity fruit dehydrator from the Czech manufacturer Concept offers a healthy and a very easy way to store food. There are many possibilities. For instance, when the winter is coming, simply prepare some dried vegetables and mushrooms, or delicious slices from apples, plums, pears and other fruits. The dehydrator provides you with the opportunity to make your own herbal tea using the dried herbs you had gathered yourself.
The advantage of the Concept SO1025 dehydrator is its size and the possibility of stacking up to 12 large 32cm diameter trays, thus making it possible to dry a large amount of fruit at the same time. All you need to do is to cut the fruit into pieces, spread those onto the trays and then simply choose the right temperature setting and the dehydrator will do the rest. When the drying process is over, the trays can be easily washed in a dishwasher.
