If something goes wrong and you have to claim your OnePlus phone, you can do so conveniently and quickly. Just fill in the online form at OnePlus website. Direct contact with the manufacturer will speed up the complaint process significantly and you can have a new or repaired phone delivered back to your home in 10 days. And without going anywhere. How does the claims process work?

  1. Fill out the claim form at www.oneplus.com/support/repair. It should only take a few minutes.
  2. The courier will come to the specified address (ideally to your home) to pick up the  phone.
  3. OnePlus will evaluate, repair, or replace your phone with a new one within 7-9 days.
  4. Within 10 days, the courier will return with a successfully claimed phone.

Other conditions of the new claims system

There are some additional rules for the new OnePlus claims system:

  • Standard warranty period: 24 months for end-users and 12 months for purchases made using your Company ID (IČO).
  • It does not apply to phones purchased as "unwrapped" or "nearly new".
  • However, it does apply for OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, 7T and 7T models marked as "nearly new".

OnePlus product owners are encouraged to use the claim form on oneplus.com if their phone breaks down to save time. Thanks to this, they receive above-standard service, including  transport from their place of residence. The whole process is resolved within 10 days, which is one-third of the legally-stated claims period.
