NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8G AF-S ED

The professional NIKKOR 24-70 lens offers excellent aperture, standard zoom range and an ultra-sonic motor for fast and silent autofocus. The lens is designed for digital cameras and its image quality towards the edges of the image can rival lenses with a fixed focal length. The Nano Crystal Coating also reduces ghosting and flares to produce incredible image clarity.

The rubber seal protects the bayonet from damage and allows shooting even in harsher conditions. The lens supports instant manual focus (M/A), making the lens easily adaptable to the situation. The packaging includes a detachable sun hood and a Nikon CL-M3 padded nylon case.

Nikon’s beginnings date back to 1917 in Japan. At first, the company mainly produced lenses - telescopes, binoculars, microscopes and other small, optical equipment. Soon the company expanded its portfolio, producing photographic lenses under the Nikkor brand.

In the field of cameras, particularly among professionals, Nikon quickly gained a reputation as a top manufacturer, which continues today. Its cameras were even included in the equipment of American spacecraft. Nikon designed and produced the legendary Nikon SP 1957, regarded by many as the best camera of all time.
