This product offers the capability of drying and preserving fruits, vegetables, mushrooms or herbs. All of this is done by the Steba ED 5 large-area fruit dryer with its built in temperature controller, an electronic timer and a sturdy fan with fan blades.

Drying fruit not only prolongs its life, but also enhances its taste. Even out of season you can enjoy strawberries, figs, apricots, pineapples or papaya.
