This rice cooker is suitable for cooking any type of rice, even the special rice used in sushi rolls. The pot works on the principle of cooking with steam. When the cooking process has finished, the rice cooker goes to the “Keep Warm” mode and keeps the rice hot for up to 6 hours. The non-stick removable bowl stops the rice from sticking. The pot is also easy to clean.
