Weber Mountain Cooker Smoker

You add fuel such as charcoal, grill briquettes, hardwood or wood chips to the lower boiler through a stainless steel aluminum door. At the bottom of the Weber Mountain Cooker Smoker is a stainless steel grate and air regulators on the sides to adjust the correct thrust. Below the lower part of the smokehouse, a protective heat shield protects the surface on which the smokehouse stands on stainless steel legs from excessive heat.
